I contacted Young Vincent Kim To understand why he charged a widow in New Jersey large fees to stop foreclosure. He tried to lodge a bankruptcy which was the wrong course of action and cost the widow funds beyond her ability to pay? I spoke to Kim to try to explain that the house was lined up for ...a Sheriff Sale and i helped the widow obtain an FHA Loan Modification Which was a better outcome and saved the home Kim didnt care! He refused a refund request We reffered the matter to the Florida BAR Association He was operating in New Jersey And could produce Jersey License !

Young V Kim runs a syndicate of socalled Consumer Law Attorneys who operate thru out the country preying on poor people needing help saving their homes from foreclosure,' In this case he took advantage of a recent widow taking thousands of dollars from her while letting the home go to a sheriff sal...e in NJ. I am not sure he is licensed in NJ. He refused to provide this information. His organization keep requesting payments while not helping. She would have lost the home by his efforts or no result treatment
