Go to your court date. That is the purpose of an arraignment. You can probably go to the clek's website for your jurisdiction and look it up online.
How long are arrest records and fingerprints kept on file ?
My father requested his from Trenton nj came back no records

Records are supposed to be kept forever but sometimes things happen. They may just be lost.

Alimony has nothing to do with the age of your children. You may have permanent alimony. Meet with your attorney and review the final judgement.
