It is not Georgia that deports you but the US government. Only the Federal judge has that power.

They can still charge and convict you if they did things right. Search the ci beforehand, give him the money, observe him in contact with you,...

A prosecutor cannot speak to an unrepresented defendant unless it's on the record.

Yes he can arrest you. Yes you can be charged. The court should contact you, but to be safe, check periodically.
