A smart lawyer and a compassionate one. In custody or divorce proceedings he cares about the well being of the children and not the revenue the case may generate. I can actually say that this attorney made a difference in not only my life but the life of my child. He is very creative in limiting unne...cessary litigation. He is also fair with the billing for his time.

The lack of recommentation is up for debate. I was actually on the opposing side. A lot of this I can not really review accurately, but this is what I can say: 1. David filed multiple copies of paperwork that had already been filed, but he was able to collect more money. 2. David turned a case ...that should not have been that difficult from either parties perspective in to a case from the abyss. He got his client so fired up that she wanted to own me and everything I had. 3. The case on either part should have been simple, but my counsel screwed stuff up so bad, the it made him look better than wehat he was. In the end, the judge did not like eitherone of ours lawyers, but like my counsel less. Put this guy against someone mediocur and you are not going to make out. Plus you will get a big fat bill.
