T. Luke Markham

My interest is real estate.  I have spent my professional career focusing on commercial real estate and finance, touching on all sides of complex real estate transactions.  I bring value to each and every deal I am a part of because I have the ability to contribute from multiple perspectives.    

I began my real estate career as a Florida Registered Real Estate Appraiser.  I completed complex analysis and valuations of multiple property types for individuals, corporations, and institutional investors.  I furthered my career by working for a Fortune 500 bank where I analyzed and underwrote real estate transactions from $2-20MM.  I was a one of the first five employees in the bank to participate in the commercial real estate management training program.  I utilized those skills to further my career working for a large, local, builder developer.  My responsibilities have allowed me to gain valuable experience working with complex debt and equity financing structures, debt restructuring, contract preparation and negotiation, and general business knowledge.
