"I was opposing counsel on a contractual dispute where Bob Potter represented the opposing party. Bob Potter is a tough lawyer, but fair. Most importantly he is an old school litigation attorney who brings a sense of professionalism and civility to everything he does. I was compelled to endorse this lawyer, because this approach is becoming so hard to find. I almost never see this in the litigation arena. He represented his client zealously but never lost his head or acted unreasonably. He also didn't seem preoccupied with billing or keeping the case going. He agreed to mediate early, and he put his client's financial interest in resolution, ahead of any personal financial interest in generating fees. That's what an ethical lawyer is supposed to do but in practice this doesn't always happen. Bob Potter is smart, professional and responds to all inquiries consistently in a timely manner....(another rarity). Retain him with confidence."
