Jeidy L. Beltran

Jeidy is an attorney currently working at Hitchcock Law Group in Clearwater, Florida, concentrating her practice on estate planning, trust and probate administration, guardianships, and Medicaid planning.

Her experience working with the elderly as a nursing assistant and advocating for disabled children during her time as a guardian ad litem fostered an interest in elder and disability law. She understands that these topics can be complex, as well as sensitive and emotional therefore, she utilizes an empathetic and educational approach when counseling her clients who oftentimes are made up of the more vulnerable individuals in our communities.

Jeidy was born and raised in Cuba and is fluent in Spanish. As a bilingual individual, she strives to make her practice accessible to Spanish speaking members of the community.

Jeidy earned a Juris Doctor degree in 2020 from Stetson University College of Law with a concentration in elder law.
