I received a Careless Driving citation after I was hit by a speeding vehicle while making a turn. The citation escalated into a Mandatory Hearing due to the severity of injuries from the accident. The paperwork sent by the court provided no information regarding the severe penalties I faced if foun...d guilty. At first, I didn’t know what happened, but Jeremy came over to me and said JOA means judgement of acquittal and we had won. No points, no fine, no loss of license. I didn’t even have to testify. Looking back, I probably didn’t even need to be there because Jeremy did all the work for me. I will recommend Jeremy to any of my friends and colleagues and to anyone who reads this review. I contacted Jeremy regarding a moving violation that I received.
