• In Fall, 2007 completed a clinical semester at Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon focusing on personal injury litigation, including auto accidents and premises liability.
• Prepared  successful  motion  for  leave  to  seek  punitive  damages  and  motion  to  allow  evidence  of nationwide prior incidents at trial, which were integral to securing a settlement of over $800, for plaintiffs in a heavily litigated falling merchandise case against Wal-Mart
• Beginning in 2008, clerked for commercial litigation division with work focused primarily on complex litigation, and prepared pleadings, motions, and memoranda for construction and tobacco class actions.
