We worked with Tammi to adopt our daughter. It was our first adoption and our daughter's birth family circumstances were a little unusual. Tammi did a wonderful job of (1) navigating through the process; (2) keeping us informed and reassured; and (3) coordinating with our daughter's birth mother to... keep her informed, as well. Tammi responded to us promptly when we had questions and we never felt rushed - Tammi always took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. Further, although it was a somewhat aggressive timeline for our situation, we dreamed of having our daughter's adoption finalized by Christmas. With Tammi's help that dream came true on December 18. I very much hope we have the opportunity to work with Tammi again when we are ready to adopt a second child.

From the very first phone call when Tammi answered her own office line, I... knew this was who I wanted to work with. Tammi has a very calm, easy to talk to and caring demeanor that made the once scary process easy and manageable. She took us by the hand and worked with us every step of the way. She was a tremendous resource and source of support for our beautiful birthmother too. Our birthmother still raves about how "nice" and "comfortable" Tammi always made her feel. I will always remember when our daughter was born her birthmother wanted to stay in the hospital until the baby was discharged. Tammi was aware of the plans and that the baby would be staying for 2 days post birth. After 24 hours our birthmother had a last minute change of heart and wanted to leave the hospital as soon as possible. She called Tammi and Tammi dropped everything to come to the hospital within a couple hours so our birth mom could sign paperwork and go home. I remember Tammi showing up in jeans and a pullover shirt because she didn't expect to be working with clients that day. This spoke volumes to us and our birthmother. Tammi's clients and their birth families come first! I was always able to reach her via phone, text or email. Anytime Tammi was called out of town she always had plans in place in case we needed her and made sure we were "good" prior to her leaving town. I could not finish without mentioning Tammi's amazing assistant, Joy. Joy is just as friendly and professional as Tammi. Between these two ladies we were informed every step of the process, always felt like they were just a call away and helped make the adoption process smooth and as stress free as possible. I can not say enough about these ladies and how wonderful they were to work with. I would, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone seeking counsel through the adoption process!
