After dealing with one attorney who was just interested in raising fees and doing a ton of back and forth, we hired Steve. There was a huge difference right away. The first attorney wanted us to accept terms that were nonsense on a home contract and he did not seem to have our best interest in mind.... Steve was wonderful. He tried to find the most economical way to get the job done, he knew what he was talking about and helped us avoid a lawsuit. He was not afraid to go to suit if that is what it took, but he knew we just wanted to settle the deal and avoid a drawn out case, and though we had great chances to win the case and have all our legal fees paid, therefore, make him more money, he chose to advise us on what would be best for us and not his bottom dollar. He has a great attitude and I love his deal of taking clients to Lotus after they retain him. It was a great restaurant and a great way to get to know him better.

You could not believe the legal mess we got in with a wacky seller and his even wackier attorney from Miami. We first hired an attorney who I will just call Ryan, and after weeks of trying to close this deal, Ryan increased my legal fees and just could not close on the property. Basically, seller t...ries to pull out at closing table after he signs all paperwork, we transferred full ask. Seems like an easy case right? Well not for Ryan. He was trying to reach a settlement that included me signing restrictions on not selling or leasing the property for any reason plus if I do then 70% of capital gain must go to seller. After nearly 3 weeks of Ryan trying to close, and telling me I need to pay the full month of July taxes though we still didn't own the property, I switch to Steve. Steve closed the property in days, scared the other side so fast they removed all ridiculous restrictions, plus I got a refund on taxes for the month of July, $395 and change! And to top it all off, he takes all his clients out to Lotus restaurant in Pinellas Park after the case is over and you pay up. I loved that he knew the law and didn't fall for dirty tricks of the other lawyer and did not waste time chatting more to them than necessary because all that chatting costs $. He also does a great job of keeping fees low by putting paralegal and law students to do time consuming tasks and just oversees everything. I can't stop raving about him and how wonderful, honest, and great advice he provides.

I hired this guy to help me with visitation for my child. I paid him roughly 700 bucks (no receipt i am an idiot) All he did was file a motion with the court nothing more. " He" could not find the mother of my child so i found her for him and gave him all the info and he responded with "MORE MONEY". ...To make a long story short, my case was closed and I got absolutely no results for the money I spent. I could have bought a t.v. I would not recommend this ass hole if you actually want results, but if you just want to buy a lawyer a t.v. this is your guy!!!!!!!
