Biography
Originally from Mclean, Virginia, Kathryn Sole has spent the last nine years focusing on law. Kathryn moved to Florida for her undergraduate studies at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, where she finished a semester early in the top 1% of her class double majoring in Political Science and Economics with a minor in Pre-Law. During her early finish before law school, Kathryn earned an advanced Spanish language diploma in South America. Kathryn graduated with her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and participated in the Real Estate, Trust, and Probate group and remained active in real estate groups and organizations in the Tampa Bay area. Throughout her higher education, Kathryn was the recipient of numerous scholarships and awards, including the Florida State University Pre-Law Scholarship Award, Phi Alpha Delta National Honor Society Award, Pre-Law Department of Recognition of Achievement Scholarship Award, and Alpha Chi National Honor Society for Academic Excellence and Exemplary Character Award.
Kathryn is licensed in the State of Florida and is a member of both the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Bar Associations. With a passion for real estate and business law, Kathryn created Sole Law, a firm that focuses primarily on real estate matters, business issues, and contractual arrangements.
