Biography
Charles M. “Chuck” Tillman, Jr. began his legal career practicing insurance defense law with a primary focus in automobile crashes. Chuck litigated hundreds of cases during his nine years spent as a defense attorney, before starting his own firm in 2010. The primary focus of the firm was plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, but the firm also handled business litigation, insurance, probate and collections matters.
In 2019, Chuck sought a new challenge and formed Everist Tillman, LLC with Misa Everist. Chuck’s litigation background and LL M in Taxation make him uniquely qualified in the firm’s main practice areas of Probate, Probate Litigation, Wills and Trusts and Estate Planning.
