Paul Horning represented me . I found him to be very knowledgeable, well dressed and well spoken . He speaks eloquently, and has a demeanor that comes across likable. He explained to me in my case the legal terms in a way that I fully comprehended . If I had any questions he would quickly get back to... me and talk or text . Not all cases are the same and nor are the outcomes . Paul gave me guidance on top of legal advise . I was stubborn and it took me a while … but I did as he suggested and I had a favorable outcome. I can say with certainty that if Paul takes your case that you will have one of the best attorneys possible . He charges a fair price , his staff are great and his office has a nice vibe . It is not like a stuffy stale law office .I would without a doubt call Paul before I called anyone else . He is a stand up kinda guy , and everyone around him that practices law respects him . i hired paul a year ago to handle easy divorce with already agreed post agreement that was bullet proof even he agreed it was slam dunk i was supposd to get house full custody of kids spoual support for life and child support and car andfair division of assets all of this was in post agreement whic...h was done by top attorney in area i did exactly what advised before the divorce was filed for almost a month and then we filed today i have car reclaimed was evicted cant see kids and have restraining orders even though post agreement said i never abused and she wouldnt prosecute for domestic issues started out good but difnt push when they offered only fraktion of agreemeent and I got peanuts when i complained he said my retainer wasnt enough and i had to pay more which i didnt have becaue we just lost big and then i had to find another attorney also got held in contempt of judge order if you're a woman or standard case he will help you but for stay at home fathers with complex cases you better have a lot of money

I retained Paul on behalf of our daughter who was wrongly accused of a civil crime. From the very beginning, Paul provided very sound, unbiased advice. Initially, I was torn over whether or not we actually needed an attorney. Paul objectively explained the pros and the cons, and even provided guidanc...e on what we should do in the event our daughter represented herself as part of a free consultation. As it turned out, we hired Paul and never regretted that we did. He has very reasonable fees, always makes himself available, and knows what he is doing in the courtroom. When you hire an attorney, you want to feel like that person in is your corner and has your back. That's exactly how we felt the entire time with Paul. He even provided extra services above and beyond his fee. I am a very particular person and generally hard to please, but this guy is the best. Highly recommended.

I have never met Paul personally because ours was a long distance case. He has been very professional, helpful and even done extra work to keep us from traveling for 2 days just to make court dates. The attorney fees were paid in the first 6 months of our case and almost 2 years later he still respon...ds promptly to any of our needs or concerns. I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone that I know. He is truly concerned and professional with his cases!
