If you are taking the time to read my profile, you understand the importance of choosing a qualified attorney with integrity. I am a founding member of the law firm of  REEDER & NUSSBAUM, P.A. My practice focuses on representing clients who were injured in all types of accidents due to someone else's negligence. I also handle cases for clients who have disputes with their insurance companies, as well as creditor harassment cases for individuals being harassed by debt collectors.

From the day I graduated law school over 10 years ago, I immediately found myself in the courtroom advocating for my clients while working as an attorney at a large civil litigation law firm in Manhattan, New York. There, I represented clients ranging from automobile and premises liability insurance companies, to the New York City Housing and New York City Transit Authorities, to Delta Saws. This firm held an "AV" rating, the highest rating a law firm can receive. After moving to Florida, I continued my litigation experience when I began working at another "AV" rated law firm, located in St. Petersburg, Florida.

My defense experience provided me with an understanding of how insurance companies evaluate claims, as well as the strategies and techniques used by insurance companies and adjusters in defending against lawsuits filed by injured individuals. I now put my defense and litigation background to use for my injured clients.

I understand that each client's case is unique. I treat my clients with the utmost respect and accept nothing less from insurance adjusters, law enforcement officers, other attorneys, or anyone else that may interact with my clients during the claim process. My client files have names not numbers, and I know each of them personally.
