She brought an action against Walgreens and its claims management service, and the ERISA plan to get the Long Term Disability (LTD) benefits she was denied. After a trial, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida ruled that LTD benefits were improperly denied and Ms. Wilson won her claim.
