Nope. The easiest and best thing for you to do is to hire a lawyer. Then probably do a CH 13 to stretch out the HOA and Modify using the BK...

No. we list things here like large leases. We list them usually if you want to break them. I doubt the Court is looking a cell phone contracts...

You need a lawyer. The BK Court won't usually contact the IRS about these things but the assets and the $$ of the company are an issue.
