It means that there is is a final judgment and that their next step is to attack your wages (usually). You need to see an attorney ASAP!

Yes, they can but you ca reaffirm that debt if you want to keep it. Your attorney will know how to do it.
My bankrupcty attorney just released me as a client. I have a 341 hearing scheduled in a week. Can I get a new attorney?

Yes, there should be attorneys that will take the case and have their fees paid through the plan.

VA back pay is really tricky. You need to wait to file. You need to take some of it though and hire an attorney.
