County doesn't have as much to do with it as the district (that's for Federal Court). There are plenty of attorneys here who have multiple offices...

Call the bankruptcy trustee beforehand and go to the 341 meeting. You should have gotten a notice for that. Also, file a proof of claim.

You can file for head of household, or if you have other debts, you should look into bankruptcy.

I always say means test is govt. standards, I&J are real life. If you are even close on the means test, you do need an attorney.

Nope not at all. You can start looking almost immediately but I tell my client's is best after discharge or at least the 341 meeting.
