I am on 100% disability.....that did not matter to 3rd party debt collector Portfolio - I had my husband and durable power of attny attend the hearing, but the judge handed down the judgment before my husband even entered the court room..........for a fraction of the cost of what other attorneys were... quoting me they would charge.......I had written a letter to court citing the rules of suing based on Black's law and they all said well because of that the fee would be higher as they had to undo what I did........I found the one review of Rex Golden.......and by golly, there really is an honest attny out there........as the other review states, for a few hundred, no promises but a wonderful rapor and a leap of faith, Mr Golden was able to have the judgment vacated...............I would not hesitate to make use of his services........he is truly an attny "for the people" - his demeanor is calm, he hides nothing and the first time you shake his hand, you just know he is on your side. Don't even waste your time with anyone else - without a doubt this was the best investment I have ever made.........Rex Golden is the best........look no further...........
