Taylor Cassidy Woolfenden

Taylor Woolfenden is an attorney at Older Lundy Koch and Martino whose practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, business formation, trade secret and intellectual property asset protection, and contract preparation and review. She represents entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners across a wide range of industries, helping them protect their intellectual property, establish strong business foundations, and manage their ongoing legal needs with confidence and clarity.

Taylor has extensive experience in trademark law, including filing and prosecuting hundreds of applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), enforcing trademark rights, and providing strategic guidance on brand development and protection. Her clients value her practical, business-minded approach and her commitment to safeguarding the brands and innovations that define their success.

Taylor also counsels clients on entity formation and a wide range of contractual matters, including software license agreements, service agreements, and consumer agreements. Her goal is to ensure that each contract is tailored to her clients’ business objectives while minimizing legal and operational risks.

A native of West Virginia, Taylor was raised in a family of hardworking entrepreneurs and creators, inspiring her commitment to helping others build and protect what they’ve worked hard to achieve. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in English with a concentration in creative writing from Bethany College, where she was a standout athlete on the women’s volleyball team, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as President of the Intellectual Property Law Society and volunteered with the Veterans Law Institute.

Before joining Older Lundy Koch and Martino, Taylor practiced at Bochner PLLC, where she managed hundreds of trademark matters nationwide and gained extensive experience in intellectual property protection and enforcement. Her background also includes commercial and business litigation.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, attending live music events, reading and spending time with her family.
