Services provided by Stephen Putnoki-Higgins concerned estate planning for my wife and myself. He created revocable trusts, wills, living wills, limited power of attorney agreements, along with other necessary estate documents. His work was completed timely and delivered when promised. He gathered... information from us causing little interruption for us. We were advised of various alternatives based upon our wishes described to him. Once he knew our specific wishes he explained everything very well. Once the documents were complete, the document signing process was streamlined and took little time. An excellent job was completed. On a corporate basis I manage companies that are owned by family trusts. Mr. Putnoki-Higgins has advised us with the legal terms and conditions in a very old trust. He has made it easy for our family trustee to totally understand various items within the documents and has shown great patience with our questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing assistance with matters concerning trusts and wills.

I worked with Stephen to set up both a revocable as well as an irrevocable trust. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and efficient. All of these things are often in short supply in Southern Florida but Stephen is a star and I would recommend him 10 times over.
