I am not sure exactly why the SSD is being cut off, but normally you have 65 days to file an appeal from the date of the notice. You can do that...

With SSI, you normally can own a home and regular car without losing SSI benefits. I am not sure about food stamps. Luxury cars can be an exception.

It depends. If you are disabled and 50, you can apply and try to prove your disability. If you are 60, it should be automatic.
