I was arrested, and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery in Pinellas County on a Friday. I head read reviews of many attorneys and had spoken to many within 24 hours but I decided to go with Seth and it was the best decision. He was absolutely very responsive. It was a case of me the wife being arrested for domestic abuse towards my husband, we were separated living in separate homes bu...t working on our marriage, I had stopped over to his place, I had called him prior to coming over and we literally had been in communication that proved we were in fact working on our marriage but unfortunately when I went to his place, there was a car and a female at his place; I, of course, was upset but there was no way for me to have the strength to actually beat on a man who was 6 feet tall 275 pounds muscular and a prior Blackwater contractor.
