The info is wrong - Mr. Tinker is in Tampa - but location does not really matter because he resolved my MIAMI case for me at no cost to myself. My insurance company assigned him to me, and the result speaks for itself. Great advocate.

Excellent lawyer
After a jury returned an unfair judgment against me, my insurance company hired Mr. Tinker to appeal it. He was patient, knowledgeable, and obviously experienced with the appeals court. We had to wait a while for the ruling, but Mr. Tinker got the judgment thrown out. I could not be happier.
