also known as Marc J. Wolfson
Marc Wolfson is a member of OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO’s marital and family law practice, based out of the firm’s St. Petersburg office. Marc draws on a combination of military service, business leadership, and complex litigation experience to support his clients. This foundation allows him to guide clients through emotionally charged and legally intricate family matters with strategic clarity and unwavering advocacy.
Marc began his legal career in both family law and complex business litigation, where he litigated high-value commercial disputes, partnership and ownership conflicts, and other matters involving substantial financial and strategic risk. His experience with complex litigation, including his command of financial analysis, corporate structures, and crisis-level decision-making, continues to inform his family law practice. He is especially adept at handling cases involving significant assets, business interests, intricate financial issues, complex custody and parenting disputes, and matters where personal and economic considerations overlap. Over time, Marc chose to practice exclusively in family law, where his litigation skillset, composed demeanor, and willingness to take an aggressive stance strengthens his advocacy for clients.
Marc now devotes his practice entirely to marital and family law, representing clients in dissolution of marriage actions, complex parenting and timesharing disputes, paternity matters, domestic violence injunctions, post-judgment enforcement and modification actions, and other related family matters. His personal and educational background enhances his ability to navigate high-conflict situations, understand family dynamics, and advocate effectively for the best interests of his clients and their children.
Upon graduating high school, Marc joined the United States Marine Corps and served two tours in Iraq as a communications chief, foreign advisor, and foreign police trainer. After completing his military service, he transitioned into the private sector and quickly distinguished himself in by breaking a 31-year sales record on his first day. He later became president and CEO of National Sourcing, Inc., a federal contracting company providing personnel and program management to U.S. government agencies. While expanding National Sourcing from a small business into a corporation with more than 400 employees, Marc completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida and then earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated fifth in his class, cum laude.
While in law school, Marc began working at Heller Law as a clerk, and then joined the firm as an attorney in 2019. Following a merger, Marc joined OLDER LUNDY KOCH & MARTINO in early 2024.
Marc also remains committed to serving veterans and his community throughout Tampa Bay. In 2015, he co-founded Post 9/11 Veterans Corp., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping veterans transition to civilian life. The organization has received numerous recognitions, including a $50,000 Tampa Bay Lightning Community Heroes grant. Marc was also honored with the President’s Volunteer Service Award, recognizing his service through Post 9/11 Veterans Corp. The nonprofit appears annually as Ye Krewe of Valor in Tampa’s Gasparilla Parade of Pirates. Since 2015, Marc has served as a volunteer mentor with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Veterans Treatment Court in Hillsborough County.
