Lauren Meredith Maldonado

Lauren Maldonado is an experienced trial attorney with more than 14 years of a proven record in criminal law, both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney.  She is now an Associate in the Banker Lopez Gassler P.A.'s First Party/General Trial practice group. She focuses on property damage, personal injury, insurance fraud, and PIP litigation.

Lauren received her bachelor’s degree from George Mason University. She went on to attend the Ave Maria School of Law on a full scholarship and received her Juris Doctorate in 2008. While in law school, Lauren was a member of the Moot Court Board and won multiple trial and oral advocacy competitions. Upon graduating, she moved to Florida and has been a licensed member of the Florida Bar since 2008.

Lauren's experience in criminal litigation and trial practice became invaluable when she later chose to pursue a career in the private sector defending insut companies. She has spent years zealously representing her clients in a broad spectrum of matters. While she has been effective in effectively settling thousands of cases for her clients, she has also successfully argued evidentiary hearings and defended numerous clients in jury and bench trials.
