So rubin isn't professional at all numerous times I have called to find out what is going on with my case remind you I am still getting the runaround she texted me at 9:00 at night when I'm sleeping in the bed to talk about my opinion on a review I had left which is funny because every time I try to ...get a hold of her she can't call or text me but when I put a review speaking facts it's a problem to her this whole year I've been waiting to see the judge remind you she is still telling me the same thing that I got told way back in January beginning of this year and every other year before then she constantly lies to make herself look good but I have so many facts all I got to do is show another lawyer and I can sue her as well I had a conference call scheduled for Thursday November the 13th at 1:30 she never called me she called Friday the next day after at 1:00 p.m. I wasn't expecting no call so I wasn't waiting around my phone so I heard the voicemail she left me she had some anger in her voice about a review that somebody else had also put saying everybody has their opinions yes but for you to take it to a whole nother level and getting your feelings about it I must have touched your head the right way because I can start posting photos of what she said was inaccurate of my case was never closed but I have proof that she closed my case behind my back numerous times now I have somebody on my side helping me as a disabled woman now I'm starting to understand more of this attorney lawyer situations what is right and what is wrong what I can sue for especially getting took an advantage of a disabled and she keeps on lying I am about to start posting facts she calls me saying that she's been trying to get a hold of me I haven't talked to her for a few months now I've been talking to the assistant which is her son and he can't even tell me what's going on with the case because he's telling me he got to talk to her and then he calls me back telling me stuff I still don't understand but when I'm scheduled to talk to her she don't want to talk to me guess it's time for a face to face conference

Attorney Rubin is impossible to get in touch with. During the consultation she made me feel safe, heard and comfortable. Unfortunately after I retained her it took weeks to get a return email or phone call and many times I didn’t get a response at all. She missed deadlines that we set together and di...dn’t provide updates. She also missed several communications sent to her on my behalf. She took no accountability and I had to beg multiple times for updates for over a week to get one response. I’ve had some bad experiences with attorneys in the past but this has been the worst case. It sucks to pay someone so much money and not feel like you have a partner willing to fight for you. She didn’t keep me reasonably informed nor did she promptly comply with reasonable requests for information. I would not recommend putting anyone else through that feeling of abandonment by their attorney.

Ms. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable inside and outside of her professional parameter. She shares only factual knowledge regarding law as it pertained to the subject matter requested. She shared core knowledge on the questions that were never asked; making her consult more than productive. I say YE...S to Attorney K. Victoria Rubin!!!
