Biography
Joseph (“Joe”) H. Graves is a native Floridian, Navy veteran, and veteran trial attorney who founded Graves Thomas Injury Law Group more than 20 years ago in our local community. Since opening the firm, Joe has remained deeply committed not only to serving injured individuals and families throughout the region, but also to giving back to the community he calls home.
A Board-Certified Civil Trial Attorney — a distinction earned by only about one percent of Florida Bar members — Joe focuses his practice on complex injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile accidents, product liability, and other serious personal injury matters. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell® and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Joe is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals, 5th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
Deeply dedicated to local service, Joe has volunteered extensively and supports youth initiatives through the Jimmy Graves Foundation, established in memory of his son.
