Can I do jail time in Fl for a Utah DUI charge? The prosecutor "deal" is 1 yr prob, 1500 fine and 168 hrs community service.

You could do jail time to satisfy the DUI but unfortunately you will have to do the time in Utah.

I suggest going to NA meetings and having several clean tests before your court date. Also not a bad idea to have an attorney with you. Good luck.

Possible the injured party has UM which would kick in after your policy limits are paid. The UM carrier may come after you for any money it pays...

You were not convicted so you still can vote, possess a firearm, be a juror and run for public office. You can also have your charges sealed.

Any experienced criminal attorney can help you expunge your record but it will take about six months from start to finish.
