You can file Work Comp but also a personal injury claim for damages that work comp does not cover such as pain and suffering. Good luck.

I recommend using same Doctor as insurance will know about other accident and your current Doctor can differentiate the two separate accidents....

If the adjuster has all necessary information then 30 days is reasonable. If they haven't made a fair offer then you may need a lawyer to help.
