Amanda Cathleen Cummins

Amanda is a Florida native and a United States Marine veteran. Her diverse experience includes a broad range of legal issues, which include divorce, adoption, name changes, landlord-tenant, contract review, estate planning, consumer issues, and veteran issues. She prosecuted cases while serving in the United States Marine Corps involving administrative separation proceedings, boards of inquiry, military offenses, drug offenses, assaults, DUI, obstructing justice, false official statements, and sexual offenses.

As a disabled veteran, she has firsthand experience navigating the VA for disability claims and appeals. She is accredited to represent you before the VA.

Her passion is working with families in preparation for the future. She knows firsthand the pain of losing a family member and the stress that can result from discord in the probate process. Proper planning can help alleviate many issues that may arise as a result of aging. Her practice focuses on maintaining and preserving the autonomy and dignity of aging members of the community, helping families navigate the probate process, and special needs planning.
