This client was facing foreclosure from the county for back property taxes, and had liens against his property far in excess of the value of the property. Using Chapter 13, I was able to stop the fore ... closure, and strip off many of the liens against his property, including tax liens. He is paying off the back property taxes and one of the liens that could not be stripped over a five-year time period.
