In 2017 I had Mr. Palumbo as my attorney in family court after DCF accused me of doing drugs and removed my son. I watched others go through alot of misery and hassle due to settling with DCF and accepting poor recommendations that they proposed that I was able to avoid. Mr. Palumbo's expertise wit...hin court system really showed when I watched the mother of my son be forced into 18 weeks of outpatient therapy overall. DCF tried to object to me receiving my son back, to object to me not being ordered to attend outpatient, and they tried to change the results of THEIR evaluation because I was not reccomended to outpatient treatment. The judge finally ordered them to give me back my son over their objections. Anytime I had a question, Mr. Palumbo responded swiftly to help me understand what was happening and why it was happening. DCF was unable to strong arm me like they do to so many people by intimidation and hints of threats. Mr. Palumbo was also very caring when things would seem bleak and helped me through alot of frustration at the slow process. He really cares. My family will always be grateful to him.
