Stacy Danielle Perez

Stacy Perez is a native Floridian, born and raised locally in Tampa. She graduated in 2005 from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Political Science. Stacy obtained her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2009 with a concentration in the field of Advocacy and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2010.

            While at Stetson Law, Stacy served as a Judicial Intern with the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida in the Felony Criminal Division where she researched post conviction case law for the judiciary. During her final year at Stetson, Stacy became a Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office in Clearwater, where she gained valuable litigation experience prosecuting criminal cases.

            Prior to launching her own firm, Stacy worked at the Office of the Attorney General and with the Sixth Circuit Guardian Ad Litem Program advocating for abused and neglected children in the state foster care system. Stacy currently manages the Family Law Division of the firm known as Dignified Divorce Florida. Additionally, she handles minor criminal issues along with traffic tickets and expunctions. She also a member of the Young Lawyers Division and the Family Law Sections of the Florida and Hillsborough County Bars. 

            In her free time, Stacy enjoys cheering for her favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves, participating in local 5k's, and volunteering with her church and other non-profit organizations within the community.
