Eviction Consultation

Tristan Wolbers gave me great guidance for my impending eviction action. I've placed the 3-day Notice 2 months in a row and I will retain him when my tenants fail to pay. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to supply detailed guidance for me to pursue the eviction on my own, but his fees were ...reasonable enough that I will have him handle my case. I hope this doesn't happen, but if it does I look forward to working with him. He seems like a great guy and is very knowledgeable.
