With 23 years of experience is numerous areas of litigation and drafting work, we are able to assist in a wide variety of areas that don't necessarily show up on the firm profile. 

Our approach to fees is simple.  Where possible we offer flat fee arrangements.  Nobody likes getting billed for every 5 minutes of work.  Although hourly work is often necessary due to the type of case or issue involved, we try to avoid it where possible.  Likewise, we do not require outrageous retainers.  We understand that some people need payment plans and we make those available to meet your needs.  Contingent or deferred fee type cases are available in certain practice areas under certain circumstances, particularly where there is a good possibility of collection from the other party.  Contact us to discuss your case.
