He has also held several licenses in the State of Florida including, but not limited to, Florida 215 Life and Variable Annuities, Real Estate Sales, and Mortgage Broker. He was a Mortgage Correspondent Lender Net Branch Manager, where he oversaw the processing, approval, and closing of real estate refinance and purchase transactions; he further worked with some of the most advanced experts on risk analysis and regulatory compliance at American Mortgage Consultants, where he addressed issues related to Dodd Frank rules, TRID, RESPA, Fannie MAE, Freddie MAC, USDA, and other issues related to secondary mortgage markets and securities.

Best Closing ever!
Mr. Lucceus Was able to expedite, manage and save us a considerable amount of time and money on the closing of our house. This is the seventh closing I have done as a homeowner and by far the easiest.
