About Robert
Biography
Received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida in 1991 and his Juris Doctorate degree, Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1994. While still a law student, Mr. Shuttera received training in trial practice as an intern in the Civil Division of the United States Attorneys Office as well as in the Office of the Public Defender in the Sixth Judicial Circuit.
Upon graduating, Mr. Shuttera was employed as a trial attorney in the Office of the Public Defender in the Sixth Judicial Circuit from 1994-1996. By the time he left for private practice, he had actively participated in over fifty jury and non-jury trials in state courts. Mr. Shuttera now utilizes his litigation experience and other practice experience in assiting health care providers with all types of legal issues.
