Our Constitution and Bill of Rights represent a historical, hard fought victory of protection against unjust punishment.  The guiding principles of our country have gifted freedom to us.  When facing the mighty resources of the government, everyone accused of a crime in Florida feels the stress and pressure of a powerful opponent.  Our firm believes in protecting those less able to defend themselves and seeks to ensure justice for those who are accused.  Sometimes even the police can misapply the law and accidentally trample the given rights of its citizens.  Our firm levels the playing field by standing up for the accused and aggressively defending those rights.
