Jacob Scott Gordon

Jacob Gordon is a Florida personal injury attorney whose background spans the judiciary, the prosecutor’s office, and the insurance defense world.

While in law school, Jacob clerked for the judiciary, gaining firsthand insight into how judges evaluate legal arguments. He later served as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting a wide range of criminal charges from municipal violations, drug possession, and driving under the influence, to the more complex financial and violent crime felony cases; ultimately trying 20 jury trials on behalf of the people of the State of Florida. That trial experience built a foundation for thorough preparation and disciplined advocacy.

After public service, Jacob spent seven years representing insurance companies, corporations, and national defendants in high-stakes injury claims, negotiating tens of millions of dollars in settlements. He learned how insurers investigate claims, how defense teams assess risk, and how cases are valued behind closed doors.

Today, that experience is used exclusively to protect injured individuals and hold negligent parties accountable.
