I am a VA Accredited Attorney, a Member of Elder Counsel and I focus on Elder Law Issues, including probate, elder financial abuse, guardianships, power of attorneys, Medicaid planning, Veteran’s benefits, will, trusts, power of attorney’s, health care surrogate designations, living wills and  estate planning. 

I help Veterans and their spouses apply and obtain Veterans Benefits to help defray their long term care expenses. .

I have flexible hours, weekend appointments, and if necessary for the family, I will travel to the home, assisted living facility or other location.

I have a convenient ground floor office, with ample parking in a central  Tampa location. 

I serve Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties.
