David Eric Weber

David is an experienced civil litigation attorney.  His practice focuses primarily on general commercial litigation, construction law, and real estate, and he regularly represents individual and corporate clients in matters involving contract disputes, business torts, and property rights.  He is also experienced in complex multi-party litigation and routinely represents developers, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers in matters involving construction defects, breach of contract, and payment disputes.  David’s experience also includes professional liability defense, trust and estate litigation, admiralty/maritime law, and the representation of clients in matters involving catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death caused by trucking and motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice.  In addition to his litigation practice, David is frequently called upon to advise, counsel, and assist clients with their day-to-day legal needs.
