1.No return phone calls. Cannot contact him has no staff. Always said he was in court could not answer but when I left him a message for my loved one that they would be calling him after court hours but still during his business hours very important please pick up later still nothing a lot of eviden...ce never made it. 2. Never got a secured line to speak to client incarcerated. 3. Attorney client contact minimal at best. 4. Did not show up for 1 court date said nothing to client. No heads up nothing. 5. Loved one was having problems with Administration in jail asked Mr Buda if he could give a call and see if everything was okay told me I cannot tell sheriff how to run their jail. He's intimidated by the sheriff and would not stand up for my loved ones rights because of this intimidation . Would not even give a courtesy phone call. He does not care. 6. After asking him multiple times not to speak to anybody regarding what's going on until he spoke to me or his client first still did what he wanted and spoke to everybody else in the courtroom except his client never saw his client before or after court dates. 7. I hired a second lawyer on the side who has a personal relationship with the district attorney and her father whom is a judge and I had to rely on him to tell me everything was going to be okay also that he did not know why certain information was not entered into evidence but could not go on any further Regarding why if you're okay with this this is your man by the way my loved one was looking at two life sentences this is what they got. feel free to contact me I will send you all corresponding messages with regarding my messages to him and what little contact I got back in return. hoarderguy101.
