Biography
I provide a full range of real estate law services, including residential and commercial transactions, landlord/tenant, land use matters, foreclosure defense and title work. I also provide real estate closing services and issue title insurance through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. I have called the Tampa Bay area home for over 30 years. After earning my Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from Eckerd College, I attended Boston University School of Law and worked for legal aid in Boston for several years. Since returning to the Tampa Bay area in 2010, I have focused on real estate law. I am currently with the law firm of Frank Charles Miranda P.A.
