Biography
Before joining Berlin Law Firm, David built his litigation experience as an attorney and a certified legal intern, working with both the Twelfth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Manatee County and the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office in Hillsborough County.
He also gained valuable judicial experience as a federal intern for the Honorable Mark A. Pizzo of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and as a state judicial intern for the Honorable Samantha L. Ward of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
During his time at Stetson University, David earned the highest grade distinction in Florida Administrative Law and Advanced Legal Research. He graduated in the top 15% of his class, made the Dean’s List, and contributed to the *Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy.*
Before attending law school, David earned his Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University in Miami. While completing his undergraduate studies, he worked in a law firm’s corporate department and helped manage his family’s bakery.

Slip.and fall at work while.om the job
I haves hired a lawyer yet bc I was told nobody but Fresh Kitchen Worker comp team would be the only ones to help me. I am out of work, my insurance was canceled and I have no money coming in what so ever. The current staff at Fresh Kitchen has be forbidden to even speak to me
