The court of appeals ruled that the trial c ... ourt erred by summarily ruling on the sufficiency of Mr. Holden's notice of intent and supporting affidavit without determining whether Mr. Holden complied with the reasonable presuit investigation requirements of chapter 766, and therefore it reversed the ruling.
