I normally do not give a bad review for anyone but in this case, it is necessary. It is necessary because if you ever think of hiring Wayne then three things will happen. He will take your money, rip you off and do no work. You will have the most horrendous time of your life. Your case will be dismis...sed and you will be in all sorts of trouble. I was a client of Wayne and this is exactly what happened to me. It is difficult to find a good lawyer out there. They all live for money but stealing money like Wayne does is out of order. His license to practice should be revoked. If you have been mistreated by Wayne then please make it public and lets strike him off.

After taking a deposit and claiming to "start work". Harper literally did nothing. I signed a power of attorney to make him my USPTO registered attorney -- he never actually filed it. Notices from the Patent Office went unanswered. He is a no-show on teleconferences -- he schedules. Doesn't em...ail. Doesn't contact. He just claims he "tried calling you". When I demanded my money back -- he told me to "get in line" behind all his other creditors. He says he's bankrupt. I filed against him in Small Claims Court.
