Worse than useless
After taking a deposit and claiming to "start work". Harper literally did nothing. I signed a power of attorney to make him my USPTO registered attorney -- he never actually filed it. Notices from the Patent Office went unanswered. He is a no-show on teleconferences -- he schedules. Doesn't em...
