Stanford R. Solomon

Mr. Solomon earned his Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1977 and his Juris Doctor with Honors from University of Florida College of Law in 1980. Mr. Solomon is admitted to practice in the Courts of Florida, as well as the United States Supreme Court, United States Circuit Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, the United States Tax Court and all United States District Courts in Florida. Mr. Solomon is also a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and a graduate of the Harvard Negotiation Project at the Harvard Law School.

Mr. Solomon has handled and tried cases in virtually every area of commercial practice. Mr. Solomon's experiences include advocacy and aggressive representation of clients in real estate lending disputes, mortgage foreclosures, loan work-outs, construction contract matters, construction defect claims, employee contract violations, unfair trade practice claims, enforcement of restrictive covenants, business torts, partnership dissolutions, legal malpractice claims, creditor claims in bankruptcy, franchise claims, trade regulation matters, securities fraud matters, tax claims, racketeering claims, receiverships, landlord/tenant cases, land use disputes, zoning contests, regulatory compliance and private disputes involving resort projects, ad valorem tax challenges, and eminent domain takings. In addition to matters arising primarily in a commercial setting, Mr. Solomon has regularly handles family law and matters that require understanding and advocacy of intimate business transactions or complex financial arrangements.
