Perpetuatutes fraud and criminal acts

Mr. Weiner perpetuated fraud and criminal acts with a beneficiary of one of his clients who was an elderly, vulnerable adult. He lied to his client to assist a beneficiary who was unduly influencing her own relative. . He listened to a 3rd party beneficiary rather than his clients wishes. He allows... deeds to be signed and delivered to his official by the criminal. He cannot be that ignorant. His client’s last few years of life were filled with great suffering and emotional harm when she was essentially broke sure to Rory acting as an accomplice. That client was my grandmother and he took away the last years of her life and left her broke This submission was denied, very interseting, so that’s what is done with negative reviews. Don’t let this happen to anyone else’s. Grandparent.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
